Return Policy
At Lilop, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on supplements once they have been delivered.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We will review each case and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable solution. Approved replacements or refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Cancellations & modifications
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has been processed.
